- How do I cancel a paid membership?
- Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us—we’ll help with proration questions if applicable.
- Where do I get receipts?
- Stripe emails a receipt after each successful payment. You can also access invoices from the Stripe customer portal.
- What’s the difference between Friend and paid tiers?
- Friend is free and newsletter‑based. Supporter and Patron are annual memberships processed through Stripe with additional recognition benefits.
